I actually was supposed to come with someone that backed out at the last minute....very romantic place for one ...I didn't know how I would feel...my mom had just passed away as well .. I loved it!!! The accommodations were clean and I felt like a princess! It is away from town and pretty quiet. .close walk to turtle beach and some restaurants...they have fishing rods, bikes, and kayaks at your disposal. Everybody is friendly and helpful....I couldn't wait to come home at night to my own oasis with my hot tub in my private courtyard. .Thank you for the best vacation ever!
Its was an awesome little place, it was like staying in my own one bedroom apartment l, that had my own hot tub amd lounging area with hammocks. The value of what you get was great for the price, it was more of an experience than just a place to stay and i could bring my dogs. I would definately stay there again

Stayed for our anniversary one night rooms are comfy on the couples only side. Private hot tub a nice touch. Met the owner upon leaving and booking with Eric at the main office was a joy. Explained all including amenities which the list is big, kyack, bikes, and more. Dinner deals at local restaurants. One could not ask for more. Hot tub had some minor problems but nothing that would cause us to not be able to use it. The hot tub does get a lot of use though so not a big deal for us the jets worked that's the most important. All in all definitely worth every penny. Will be returning with the family on the kid friendly side for a weekend real soon.
Very charming property with a great location and nice features. We stayed in the Jasmine, which has an outdoor hot tub, hammock, reclining chairs, and privacy. 30 second walk to the dock of the bay, 5 minute walk to Turtle Beach. There's a grill and plenty of outdoor seating to sit and get some sun or watch it set. Inside, there's a full-size kitchen with a small dining area that shares an open space with a living room that's perfect for 2 people, but could accommodate more. A benefit of staying a the Turtle Beach Resort is the use of kayaks, bikes, towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Check in was detailed and friendly, and getting around Siesta Key and the surrounding area is very easy. Some of the reviews I read described the property as older and not clean, but that hasn't been our experience at all. Everything has been terrific, and we're already thinking about returning in the future.
